Employment: Full Time

We are looking for a hungry and ambitious Technology Solutions (Software) - Business Development Manager who wants to be a part of a dynamic technology driven global fortune 500 company.

As a BDM in the Xerox Service Department which manages solutions sales - not Xerox Products or MPS, but rather full solutions inclusive of rendering relationship with third party providers, you will continuously look to consistently look at all areas of technology solutions to increase XEM sales revenue within the UAE. You will also be wholly responsible for maximizing XEM penetrations in and facilitating achievement of, individual sales revenue and profit objectives.

To qualify for this role, you need to have:
- At least 4+ years experience in Technology company with a technical background -preference will be given to those with under or post-graduate degrees in IT or Software Solutions
- Knowledge of business operations, including core sales process, IT Solution sales experience including Enterprise Content Management (Document Management, Web Content Management, Imaging, Collaboration tools, Record Management and Digital Asset Management).
- A proven, successful track record in sales activities of nominated accounts and assigned territories - specifically banking and education.
- You also need to possess exceptional communication skills with the ability to work in a multi-cultural environment using a range of verbal and written skills, including drafting and delivering powerful PP presentations.
