Job description / Role

We are looking for Tele sales Agent that can join a unique opportunity to witness the growth of a fast-growing well-funded tech startup led by industry leaders based out of the UAE.

This role is an integral part of a team passionate about providing a world class customer experience, where individuals collaborate to ensure that only the best service level is accepted as norm. We have embarked on a mission to revolutionize customer experience and want you to join our team to be part of our journey.

• Engages customers and inform them of the products features and benefits
• Provide high quality frontline customer experience and project a professional company image by providing accurate information
• Accurately record details of customer interactions on provided tools and software
• Take ownership of customer experience by understanding customer’s perspective & provide efficient issue resolution
• Guiding customers on products and services, ensuring customers are aware of latest information and encouraging customer to use mobile application to its optimum best

Salary:
AED 4,000 to 6,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

• Customer oriented and friendly with a supportive presence on chat
• Previous experience in customer service and telesales is mandatory
• Ability to work with customers and colleagues in a fast-paced environment
• A “can do” attitude and sense of humor is a must
• Fluent in English is a must and Arabic speakers will have an advantage
• High school degree
• Passionate, energetic, driven to achieve progress and growth by thinking above and beyond
• Always hustling and ready to take on big bold bets
• Customer obsession by earning our customers’ trust by solving their problems
• Results driven, effectively overcoming obstacles and challenging the status quo
• Act as one team. Able to work with and contribute to a team environment towards a shared vision and mission
