Job description / Role
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce company services or products.
• Respond to incoming calls and inquiries, providing relevant information.
• Build and maintain a positive relationship with prospects and customers.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
• Record and update client information accurately in the CRM system.
• Follow up with leads to ensure conversion.
• Address customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to handle rejections and stay motivated.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.
• Proficiency in [insert language(s) required].
