Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and persuasive Telecaller to contribute to the growth of our business. The Telecaller will be responsible for generating leads, making sales calls, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:
- Identify potential customers through outbound calls and qualify them based on business requirements.

Customer Interaction:
- Make cold and warm calls to potential customers to explain products or services.
- Build rapport and engage with customers professionally.

Sales Support:
- Share product details, features, and benefits to drive interest.
- Handle inquiries, objections, and complaints efficiently to convert leads into sales.

Database Management:
- Maintain and update a database of customers and leads.
- Record call details, feedback, and outcomes accurately.

Reporting:
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports on call metrics and lead conversions to the management.

Requirements:

Key Skills & Competencies:
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Persuasion: Ability to influence and convince potential clients effectively.
- Problem-Solving: Proactively address customer concerns and resolve issues.
- Organizational Skills: Time management and the ability to handle multiple calls and tasks daily.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic knowledge of CRM systems, MS Office, and other telecommunication tools.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Prior experience as a telecaller, customer service representative, or in a similar role is an advantage.
- Fluency in [Specify Languages, e.g., English, Arabic, Hindi].

Salary:
AED 2,500 to 4,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
