Job Description
- Answer all calls in a prompt and efficient manner as per hotel standards and transfer calls to related extensions.
- Receive, handle, and convey to the Duty Manager and to the concerned department any requests or complaints received from guests and clients.
- Assist the Reception team in preparing for daily arrivals and welcoming the guests.
