What you will be doing:

- Process all incoming and outgoing calls accurately and courteously
- Assist guests with international calls and directory queries
- Aware of local telephone listings and frequently dialed numbers
- Strictly follow by standard operating procedures governing cases of emergency such as fire, bomb scare and other critical situations
- Advice defects on switchboard equipment to IT.
- Maintain a clean work environment
- Maintain detailed knowledge of the Hotel's fire, life and safety system
- Accurately record and control wake-up calls
- Ensure employees are informed daily about priorities to personalize service
- Conduct trainings to the teams.
- Lead and supervise the day-to-day operation of the department.
- Coordinate with other departments for any internal communication.
- Prepare the duty roster and payroll attendance.

Requirements

Your experience and skills include:

- Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
- Must have the ability to multi task.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Can handle guest inquiries and challenges in operation.
- Ability to make a correct decision.
