Job description

• To have a thorough understanding and knowledge of all food and beverage items in the menu and the ability to recommend food and beverage combinations and upsell alternatives.
• To efficiently sell and accurately record all room service orders, verbally by phone, doorknobs, or through the outlet.
• Perform all associated room service duties such as trays, preparation areas, tray delivery/collection, and any associated service and cleaning duties.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year Telephone Sales Agent / Room Dining Order Taker experience.
• Strong guest and employee interpersonal skills.
• Guest experience centric.
• Strong beverage/wine knowledge.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
