Telesales Agent

Job description / Role

• Handle Outbound Calls
• Responsible for contacting prospective and existing clients regarding new offers and promotions.
• Answer queries about services and company.
• Answer questions of clients to fully understand their requirements and close sales.
• Update clients information in the database.

Requirements

• Must have an excellent command of the English language
• Can handle high volume of In/Out bound calls (Call Center experience is a plus)
• Willing to work fulltime on the phone from Saturday thru Thursday.
• Outgoing with strong phone personality
• Proactive and willing to work as a team
