Position Title: Telesales Agent
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 7K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client:
A leading media firm based in Dubai providing best services and success of brands throughout MENA.

Job Description:
- Make outbound calls to potential business clients, introducing them to the company’s IT feature included in their current bundle subscription.
- Identify and qualify leads through cold calling.
- Effectively communicate & explain understanding of the company’s IT products and services to show its value to clients.
- Meet or exceed monthly quotas and KPIs set by the management.
- Follow up with prospective clients through calls, emails, in order to close sales and Update and maintain customer information report as admin task.

- 40 years old and below
- At least 3 years of experience in the same role
- Candidates who can join immediately are prioritized
