Job description / Role

Our client, a leading real estate company, is seeking a skilled Contact Centre Agent to manage customer interactions and provide excellent service.

As a Contact Centre Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring clients receive exceptional service and support throughout their property journey. This role involves responding to client inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting the sales and leasing teams with customer interactions.

Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from clients, addressing inquiries and providing accurate information about properties and services.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism while managing customer queries and complaints.
- Record and track customer interactions and ensure timely follow-up on any unresolved issues.
- Support the sales and leasing teams by transferring leads, booking property viewings, and providing administrative support.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a high standard of client satisfaction.
- Ensure all customer interactions are properly logged in the CRM system.

- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a contact centre or customer service role, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Technology: Familiarity with CRM systems and contact centre software is an advantage.
- Language: Proficiency in English is required, Arabic is a plus.
- Customer-Focused: Strong ability to resolve customer issues and provide a positive client experience.

Salary:
AED 7,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
