Join our dynamic real estate team as a Telesales Agent, where you will play a vital role in driving sales and connecting with clients. As a key contributor in our innovative environment, you will utilize your excellent communication skills and customer-oriented mindset to promote our property listings, build lasting relationships, and generate leads that contribute to our overall success.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our real estate services and properties.
- Follow up on leads generated from various marketing campaigns to convert inquiries into sales.
- Utilize persuasive communication skills to effectively present property options and close sales.
- Maintain accurate records of conversations and transactions in our CRM system.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and property-related questions.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
- Stay updated on the latest market trends and property developments in Dubai.

- Proven experience in sales or telesales, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage clients effectively.
- Strong negotiation skills and a results-driven mentality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Salary:
AED 2,500 to 3,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Commission
