Telesales Agent

Job description / Role

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Telesales Agent to join our real estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging potential clients, presenting our property offerings, and driving sales conversion through effective communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and promote real estate properties.
- Understand client needs and offer suitable property options.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales progress in the CRM system.
- Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and referrals.
- Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for expanding the client base.
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction and promote repeat business.

- Proven experience in telesales, preferably within the real estate industry.
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasive selling skills.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- German speaker is a must
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
