Job description / Role
To Call on all leads for market offers, Understand customer need and conduct sales remotely or physically directly with the developer
• Full Understanding of the off-plan market
• Ability to manage and convince clients over the phone
• Educate International Clients about UAE real estate market and the and help to select the best investment opportunity
• Consistent follow up with client until concluding the sale
• Maintain a higher conversion rate on company leads
• Coordinate with developers' sales agents to receive the client an offer the best service
• Communicate clearly and comprehensively via emails with clients about project details and sales process
AED 3,000 to 6,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
• Excellent communication skills both written and spoken in English, 2nd language desirable but not essential.
• Presentable, professional and honest.
• Strong networking skills.
• Punctual and contribute to the development of the company.
• Smart business dress is required at all times.
• Our team are expected to act professionally and adhere to high company standards.
• Driving license is preferable.
• An excellent work ethic, strong interpersonal skills and a supportive team player.
• Positive and hardworking attitude.
• Able to work in a team as well as independently.
