Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Gulf Commercial Group - Digital Document Solutions is looking for Telesales Executive - Abu Dhabi.

- TeleSales Executive shall update his/her list of prospect customer list on a regular basis from new machine installations, other Non GCG client base thru Internet/Telephone Directory and Existing Customers of GCG.
- He/She shall approach them and market about the consumable products available with GCG and various offers.
- He/She shall proactively check other sources of Business i.e., Tenders, Leads from the Engineers/other staff and approach them.
- Mark the Customers in to the Category of Green, Yellow and Red, make a regular follow up
- Ensure the Optimum Satisfaction of the customers at all stages.
- The Telesales executive receives the consumables/lower-end machine inquiry directly from the customer, Contract Coordinator or from sales department
- The Telesales executive submits the quotation to the customer from the Price List; for items of 3rd party consumables, TSE takes help of Assistant Service Manager.
- The Telesales executive receives the approved quotation or the LPO from the customer
- It is the responsibility of the Telesales executive to check the contract status of approved quotations and LPO received from customers. The Telesales executive validates the terms and conditions.
- The Telesales executive inputs the order in the system as quotation to go for required approvals.
- TSE shall check the stock levels of particular item required and request the logistics coordinator to order the items with approval of Assistant Service Manager
- If the order gets blocked by the GCG credit controller, TSE shall proactively approach the client with previous pending payments and arrange to clear them with constant follow up.
- Once the order is released, TSE shall ensure items are delivered to the client, make a courtesy call to the requestor, which will build Trust & Confidence of the Client with the concerned TSE & on GCG; This will be a enabler for Repeat Business with minimum efforts.

Requirements

University Qualifications:
- Graduation in any discipline

Nature and length of previous experience:
- Minimum 2 Years of experience in outbound telecalling setup with sales targets.

Soft Skills and Personality traits:
- Self driven
- Sales & Marketing skills
- Telephone handling skills
- Communication sills (written & verbal)

Specialist knowledge:
- Skill set on using Computer: Excel, Oracle

Age Range:
- 22 - 40

Language Fluency:
- English
