Telesales Executive

Job description / Role

- Cold call a new client using a given phone directory to offer services and Answer incoming calls from prospective clients.
- Explain the scope and utility of the company's services to a client in an attempt to convince the prospects.
- Record the clients' information and question accurately, give prompt feedback and reasonable solutions or suggestions.
- Cooperate with the online sales department to make irregular phone calls based on customer issues.
- Those with outstanding work ability will have the opportunity to transfer to online sales or live streaming positions, and those with excellent work performance will have the opportunity to be promoted to the supervisor position of the department.
- Candidates should fully understand the company's business channels to improve the efficiency of developing new customers.

- Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills, an adroit professional with hands-on expertise in managerial attributes.
- Have knowledge of the securities industry are preferred, such as stocks, foreign exchange, futures, etc.
- Have understanding of Indian market investors and be a native Hindi speaker.
- Proficient in script reading and delivery to convey accurate messages, Prolific administrative and managerial skills to solve common marketing issues.
- Comply with the company's rules and regulations and have the ability to withstand pressure.
- Have at least 1 year work experience as Telesales, Call Center Agent or Customer Service Agent.

Salary:
AED 3,500 to 5,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
