Telesales Executive

Job description / Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential customers to introduce and promote the company's products or services.
• Engage in persuasive conversations to convert leads into sales.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and performance targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-ups.
• Address customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Stay informed about the products, services, and features offered by the company.
• Be able to explain product benefits, pricing, and promotions to potential customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and feedback.
• Use CRM systems to update customer information and track sales progress.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services that meet the customer’s needs.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in tele sales, telemarketing, or a customer service role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
• Basic computer skills and experience using CRM software or sales tools.
• Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.

Salary:
AED 4,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: commission+visa+insurance
