Key responsibilities
Handle incoming phone and WhatsApp inquiries from parents.
Make outbound follow-up calls to nurture and close leads.
Explain course offerings (Abacus, Robotics, Math, Coding, Handwriting, etc.) clearly.
Schedule demos, appointments, and trial sessions at centers.
Record all conversations and lead updates in CRM accurately.
Achieve monthly admission and follow-up targets.
Share daily call summaries and feedback with management on a regular basis.
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in telesales, call center, or educational counseling roles.
Relevant experience in EdTech or a similar industry or company is mandatory.
Fluent in English and Hindi (Tamil or Malayalam an advantage).
Strong communication, listening, and persuasive skills.
CRM and MS Office proficiency with good data discipline.
Self-motivated and target-driven attitude.
