We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Business Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing legal consultation firm. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for identifying high-potential prospects, initiating engagement through professional telephonic
outreach, and securing in-office appointments for our legal consultans. This role requires a sophisticated blend of persistence, exceptional presentation skills, and the ability to build trust in a high-stakes professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Strategic Prospecting: Identify and research high-potential B2B and B2C leads using LinkedIn, industry databases, and market intelligence.
• Outbound Outreach: Execute daily professional cold and warm calls to qualify leads based on their specific legal needs (e.g., corporate law, real estate, or family law).
• Meeting & Appointment Fixing: Successfully manage the "intake" process by booking and confirming qualified in-office consultations for our legal advisors.
• Presentation & Pitching: Deliver clear, persuasive explanations of our firm’s value proposition and service offerings like contract revies and retainership etc.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date CRM database, tracking every interaction from first contact to appointment confirmation.
• Nurturing Leads: Conduct timely follow-ups with prospects to guide them through the decision-making process.
Requirements:
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Exceptional Communication: Native-level or highly proficient verbal English; Arabic is advantage for the Dubai market.
• Telephonic Excellence: Proven experience in outbound calling, handling objections with poise, and closing for appointments.
• Strong Presentation Skills: Ability to present complex service offerings simply and professionally, both over the phone and in person.
• Organizational Skills: Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office for managing appointments and reports.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Local Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of experience in lead generation or sales within the UAE, preferably in legal, finance, or other Service consulting
Salary:
AED
1,800 to 2,500
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
