Job description / Role
Job Responsibilities:
The incumbent is responsible to acquire Banking Products through telemarketing.
Key Performance Areas (KPAs) & Principal Accountabilities:
• Tele call to potential or existing customers to inform them about a product and sell products
using approved scripts
• Answer questions about products/handling objections and completing the sales.
• Updating customer information in the CRM.
• Ensuring all the product features explained properly and completing the sales with no after
sales complaints.
• MIS & reports - Daily calls status, CRM updates, Sales data etc.
• Success ratio – Offering the right products to the customers.
• Ensure to meet the calls target set for the day
Requirements
• Minimum 6 months in telesales experience in outbound calling preferred
• Preferably University Degree
• Banking knowledge on credit cards preferred.
• Excellent Communication Skills.
• Willingness to learn.
• Open for feedback
• Good Negotiation skills
