Telesales - Real Estate

Job description / Role

• Calling prospective clients to discuss their real estate needs and understand their criteria for property
• Introduce and promote relevant real estate properties to potential clients.
• Set appointments between clients and real estate agents for property viewing
• Maintain an accurate record of all calls, conversations and deals
• Respond to queries and concerns of clients with accurate information
• Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials
• Conduct follow-up calls with potential clients to encourage closing of deals.
• Collaborate with the real estate team to ensure that targets are met
• Observe legal and ethical guidelines during telemarketing operations.

• Proven experience as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone
• Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Salary:
AED 5,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
