Job description / Role
Tycoons Real Estate is looking for a Telesales / Receptionist to manage clients, to welcome and direct staff /new members, and coordinate office operation between the different members in the organization.
• Contacting customers to promote / provide further information around a specific campaign / development.
• Qualify customers and divert them to the relevant property consultant.
• Answering calls and inquires from external parties and channel them to the respective staff/member.
• Schedule appointments between agents and clients based on the availability and convenience of both parties.
• Coordinate communications between clients and property consultants.
• Keeps track of agent locations, listings and the status of contracts in solo or multi-agent offices.
• Perform follow-up duties to ensure that all meetings are successfully carried out.
• Any other related duties requested by the team.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Receptionist.
• Strong Communication & customer skills with Dynamic Personality.
• Excellent English Communication Skills – Written and Verbal.
• Arabic language is preferred, but not required.
• Strong MS Office skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• High attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Must have pleasant personality.
• Based in Dubai.
