We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Telesales Team Leader to join our dynamic team in the event management industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of telesales representatives, driving sales performance, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of telesales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing coaching and support to enhance individual and team performance
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain a strong understanding of the industry and market trends to identify new business opportunities
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards
- Contribute to the recruitment, training, and development of telesales team members

Requirements:

- Proven experience in telesales, with a track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role, with a strong ability to motivate and develop team members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain strong relationships with customers and team members
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to drive innovative sales strategies and overcome challenges
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple priorities effectively
- A results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and driving revenue growth
- Knowledge of event management industry or related field is a plus
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
