We are seeking an experienced Telesales Team Leader to join our dynamic real estate team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in telesales and leadership, with a proven track record of driving sales performance and managing a high-performing team. As the Telesales Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and motivating a team of telesales agents to achieve and exceed sales targets. Your role will encompass strategic planning, team management, and the continuous improvement of sales processes to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the telesales team, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure high-performance standards are met.
- Develop and implement effective telesales strategies and campaigns to drive sales growth and meet company objectives.
- Set clear sales targets and performance metrics for the team, regularly monitoring and analyzing performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct regular team meetings to review progress, share best practices, and foster a collaborative and motivated team environment.
- Provide ongoing coaching and development for team members, focusing on skills enhancement, product knowledge, and customer service excellence.
- Utilize sales analytics and reporting tools to track team performance, generating insights to inform decision-making and improve sales processes.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align telesales efforts with promotional campaigns and lead generation initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations, maintaining high ethical standards in all sales practices.
- Act as a point of escalation for complex customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Foster a positive and energetic team culture that encourages innovation, accountability, and goal achievement.
- Preparing monthly reports.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in telesales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment, preferably within the real estate industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience using CRM and sales analytics tools to drive performance.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs, demonstrating flexibility and strategic thinking.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the capability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- A deep understanding of the real estate market in Dubai and the UAE, including key trends and customer preferences.
- Fluency in English.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and passionate about sales and team development.

Salary:
AED 4,000 to 7,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
