Müller's Solutions is seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Temenos technical lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of Temenos implementations and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. You will work closely with project managers, business analysts, and developers to design, develop, and integrate Temenos solutions that meet client requirements. Your leadership will be essential in guiding the technical team and ensuring adherence to best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and implementation of Temenos solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Oversee the development and integration of Temenos modules to deliver a seamless banking experience.
• Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to developers, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to architectural standards.
• Manage technical documentation, including system architecture, design specifications, and technical guides.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.
• Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and advancements in Temenos technology.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a technical lead or in a similar role, with a focus on Temenos products.
• Strong understanding of Temenos functionalities, database concepts, and application development.
• Proficiency in programming languages and technologies relevant to Temenos solutions.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering quality solutions.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools.

Preferred qualifications

• Certifications related to Temenos technologies.
• Experience with agile methodologies and cloud-based implementations.
• Familiarity with financial industry standards and practices.
