6 month tenure with a view to permancy
On behalf of our client a multinational management consultancy that is based at the DIFC we are looking to recruit a Temporary Administrator. Reporting to the Team Assistant you will be responsible for authorising guest access to the office, ensuring attentive call management, setting up temporary WI-FI for visitors, accepting courier deliveries, managing booking of meeting rooms, ordering of office supplies and catering products, filing of invoices and arranging employment visas
AED 8000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
The successful candidate must be a resident of the UAE, be sponsored by a Parent or Spouse, be available immediately with UAE amdinistration experience within a corporate company. Candidates who have knowledge of basic IT are prefered for this role.
