Temporary Data Analyst

Our client is within the media industry and is a world leader in this field. An instantly recognisable global brand they have an ultra-modern office in a very fast paced, innovative and forward thinking culture. Having recently had several new senior level appointments added to the team they are now seeking a Temporary Data Analyst to update and cleanse the database of up to 10,000 business contacts.

This role is required on a temporary project basis only and is estimated to be for a 4-5 month period. Working from outlook and excel files, all the contacts will require uploading on the database and checking for validity, duplications and authenticity of information. You will be required to make several telephone calls and emails on a daily basis to ensure the information on the system is verified, up to date and accurate in order to also eliminate duplicate records. You will be working autonomously and be expected to manage your own workload. Additionally, at the end of each week you will report into the Executive Assistant and MD with progress and to raise any system or notable issues.

Requirements

In order to be considered for this vacancy it is essential that you are sponsored by a spouse of family member, due to the temporary nature of this role. You should also be available for the full duration of the project with no outstanding vacations. The ideal candidate will possess strong excel skills and database information management experience. Those whom are Bilingual in both English and Arabic are also at a distinct advantage as you will be contacting businesses from across the Middle East region to ensure the information is highly accurate.
