Employment:
Full Time
• Scanning and registration of incoming and outgoing correspondence, reports, technical documents, issuing drawings to the consultant/clients office as well as using the document management systems.
• Uploading / downloading electronic architectural drawings and technical documents to the extranet sites.
• Receive, issue and distribute project documentation.
• Record and print incoming and outgoing documents to ensure accurate data recording.
Requirements
• No visa will be provided.
• Female candidates on Husband / Father sponsorship preferred.
• Available to join immediately.
• Highly organised, efficient and flexible with good time management skills.
