Job description / Role
We at Al Tayer Group are looking for a Temporary HR Assistant with our HR Shared Services team for 2 months.
To provide all the necessary administrative support to the Employee Shared Services (ESS) in the Helpdesk team with regards to On boarding / Off boarding/ Personnel / Labour and Visa matters (as applicable/ assigned).
• Support HRSS Helpline team in responding to queries coming through emails and phone calls.
• Learn all HRSS processes to assist in the above, including:
• Labor and visa processes
• Onboarding process
• Offboarding process
• Insurance processes
• Understand, use and update HRSS systems.
• Back up the Transactional Document and Control team in case of emergencies.
Requirements
• Graduate, preferably in the field of Human Resources
• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Ability to multi task and meet deadlines
• Must have a good command of English.
• Knowledge of Personnel services/ Labour requirements would be an advantage
The incumbent should be available immediately on a dependents' visa to work for 2 months.
