Employment: Full Time

Our client, an internationally recognised company within the Pharmaceutical and Healthcare industry, is seeking a HR Executive to join the company on a temporary basis, covering a period of maternity leave. They are seeking a focused, switched on and performance driven candidate who is strong, with the ability to take action with integrity. This role is pivotal in terms of delivering quality HR services for the MENA commercial team.

As part of your role, you will partner and advise Senior Management and Managers with regards to HR matters which will include performance management, disciplinary and grievance procedures, training and promotion, staffing and recruiting initiatives, compensations, investigations, terminations and training. You will advise on pay including promotion and benefits and administering payroll and maintaining staff records, as well as coordinate and organising staff corporate events in line with company policy.

With regards to staffing and recruiting activities you will work closely with the hiring managers to understand the recruitment process, designing appropriate job descriptions and work with outside recruiters, interviewing and shortlisting candidates and effectively communicating all staff changes to the department through various communication channels. You will also conduct induction programs and ethics trainings, exit interviews and ensuring recruitment compliance in all aspects of the process.

Salary:
AED 17,000 to 20,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will have a Bachelor’s Degree in either a HR or Behavioral Science capacity, with a Master’s being preferred but not essential. It is crucial that you have a minimum of 3 years’ experience within a multi-national commercial or pharmaceutical firm within the UAE and you will be familiar with UAE Labor Laws and TECOM regulations.

You will have advanced skills in Microsoft Office and Payroll packages as well as salary and benchmarking applications. The ideal candidate must be familiar with working in a fast-paced environment, be able to prioritise effectively and have the ability to deliver work to deadlines. Candidates must possess strong communication skills in English, both orally and written and must have a willingness to work autonomously.
