Job description / Role
On behalf of our client a multinational events company that is based in Dubai we are looking to recruit a part time temporary HR Manager for a 3 month maternity cover. Reporting to the Head of HR you will be responsible for the development and implementation of HR strategy and integrating HR policies, provides daily consultative services, expertise and operational support to assigned division(s) on a broad spectrum of topics, including, but not limited to employee relations and investigations, performance management, employee movement, developmental needs, and compensation actions and, ensures the effective and efficient communication of divisional needs to appropriate HR leadership and ensures the timely fulfillment of these needs.
Requirements
The successful candidate must be a resident of the UAE and sponsored by a Spouse or a relative, be degree educated or in receipt of a CIPD qualification, have a minimum of 4 years HR experience with strong experience in employee relations and be able to immediately commence work with no vacation plans for the next 3 months.
