Driven by passion and the desire to achieve excellence in everything they do, our long established client manages the entire development process from initial concept, construction and ultimately operational handover. With an impressive international portfolio of successfully completed projects and an expanding team our client is now is seeking a Temporary Receptionist to support the team to cover permanent staff on vacation.
We are seeking candidates whom are accustomed to multitasking in a fast paced, project driven environment. You must be familiar with being the first point of contact for all visitors, queries and phone calls in to the business. In addition you will also organize couriers to collect and deliver documents, office drivers and assist with any last minute travel bookings. You will also support the team with any ad-hoc duties such as invoice data entry and the booking of meeting rooms and associated refreshment and equipment requests.
It is expected that the candidate will be extremely well presented, polite and professional at all times, whilst remaining calm in a busy environment. An exceptional standard of the English language to native standard is also required for this role. Due to the temporary nature of the vacancy only those candidates on their family or spouse’s visa will be considered.
