Our client, a reputable organization based in downtown Abu Dhabi, is seeking a polished and professional Front Office & Administrative Assistant to support their busy operations on a temporary basis. This role requires someone who can confidently represent the company at the front desk, manage a high volume of calls, and provide essential administrative and coordination support.
If you are a well-organized, articulate, and service-oriented individual currently residing in the UAE—and free to commit fully for the next two months—this opportunity may be the perfect fit.
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk, welcoming guests and handling queries professionally.
• Manage a high volume of incoming calls, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
• Provide administrative support including document handling, scheduling, and basic data entry.
• Assist with email communication, including sending attachments, managing CC/BCC, and ensuring proper formatting.
• Support social media tasks such as posting updates, coordinating content, or basic formatting.
• Assist with event coordination such as preparing materials, organizing bookings, and ensuring logistics run smoothly.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders when required.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:
• must be able to join immediately.
• must have your own residence visa
• able to work initially for 1 month in full time basis (with the potential to work on a full time basis)
• can work on the days/timings mentioned above
• must be in the UAE already, residing in Abu Dhabi
• strong fluency in English language
• knowledge in using Microsoft Word/Excel/Powerpoint/Ms Teams
• have great customer service skills
• have at least 2 to 3 years of administrative experience in the UAE
