Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Manage the meetings schedule & calendar of the General Manager
• Handling hotel and air ticket reservations for all the employees
• Arrange and coordinate for meetings, training & events
• Meeting rooms reservations and lunch order for meetings
• Attend to all calls
• Dispatch documents and invoices through couriers
• Distribute mail, courier deliveries, faxes and other received items
• Office supplies procurement – stationery, pantry supplies
• Handle visitor card access and locker request
• Process GR’s to arrange LPO
• Process expense claims

Requirements

• 1-2 years experience in handling reception.
• Good communication skills both written & verbal.
• Good team player.
• Secretarial experience will be an added advantage.
• Graduate in any discipline.
