Job description / Role
• Designated as Landlords main point of contact to coordinate, oversee and manage/deliver retail units as per the industries standard.
• In close coordination with Leasing Department (Main and Specialty) upon receipt of Preliminary NTC and ensure there is no discrepancy prior to schedule RDD Coordination Kick-off meeting with the Tenant and/or Tenant Authorised Representative.
• Prepares all essential documentation i.e. Tenant Manual, Design Guidelines, Logistics Manual, Project Specific Details and all required forms.
• Records minutes of the meeting and ensure milestone dates are agreed i.e. design submissions, contractor appointment and site mobilization in reference to the key project milestones as stated on Preliminary NTC.
• Ensure Lease is fully executed and units are ready prior to carry out a physical handover to the Tenant/Tenant Authorized Representative.
• Prepares and issue necessary NOC’s required for obtaining Authority approvals i.e. DM, DCCA, DCD and DEWA.
• Issue Site Mobilization NOC upon Tenants/Contractors completion of all essential pre-start documents (CAR Insurance, Fit-out Security Deposit, Health, and Safety Induction).
• Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, manage and issue official correspondence to record breach in respect of agreed key project milestones (if any).
• Maintain regular site visit as often as possible to track and record accurate site progress.
• Progress chase all involve parties in Landlord and Tenant’s Team, and ensure standards are met or exceeded to achieve ZERO delays in-unit completion process and ensure all paper works are in place, all essential internal and external inspections are conducted, energization request(s) are submitted and approval is obtained prior to authorize unit opening.
Requirements
• 8-15 years of experience in tenant coordination in a retail industry
• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Excellent English communication skills
• Must have UAE experience
• Strong background in fit-out, retail delivery, tenant's relations
