Job description / Role
Responsibilities:
• Manages all outgoing contractual correspondence with the client and Subcontractors/ suppliers.
• Managing estimation team to prepare technical and commercial offers for clients, including examining projects, drawings, specifications, contracts conditions, pricing for direct & indirect costs.
• Making Cost comparison in case of multiple offers to select technically and commercially suitable proposals.
• Look after all commercial aspects of Project Planning, Estimation and Cost Management consisting of Tender Preparation, Risk Analysis, Quantity Survey of Construction projects, Client Monthly Progress Invoices, Earned Value Management, Cost Reports, Cash Flows, Forecasts, Variations, Claims, revision analysis and interpretation of all contract agreements with clients, suppliers, consultants and contractors
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Deep knowledge of steel structures, façade systems.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction or Equivalent.
• 10+ Years of Experience in UAE/GCC. Practical experience in the construction field.
• Proven ability to perform in a management capacity.
• Excellent written of and oral communications skills.
• Thorough knowledge of industry practices and regulations.
• Risk Management Skills.
