Tendering & Estimation Manager - Contractor - Fluent in Arabic

Job description / Role

Exciting opportunity to work with an established contractor providing civil and building construction services to government and private clients in the UAE.

The successful candidate will head up a small team of estimators and will be responsible for
• Management of various tenders
• Production and review of all estimates before they are being submitted
• Monitor the results of the tenders
• Ensure estimates are competitive in the current market and the potential project is feasible
• Develop estimating procedures

Requirements

Applicants should meet the following criteria
• A degree in Civil Engineering
• A proven track record of working as an Estimating Manager within a civil construction environment
• Fluent in Arabic
• Based in the UAE
• Able to use estimation software
