Position Title: Tendering Executive – Real Estate Development
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 8K AED inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client:
One of the leading construction and real estate development firm based in the UAE specializing in the execution of large-scale high-rise residential projects.

Job Description:
• Coordinate with Project Management to obtain tender packages, prepare and issue RFQs through the ERP system, and distribute them to qualified vendors in line with company procedures.
• Identify suitable vendors, verify prequalification documents, and ensure all submissions align with project requirements and specifications.
• Serve as the main point of contact for bidders, handle tender queries, issue addendums, provide portal support, and ensure all clarifications are communicated within set timelines.
• Monitor bidding progress, maintain detailed logs and documentation, provide status updates to management, and support contract and purchase order preparation after award.

Qualifications:
• Open to Asian nationalities, 38 years old below
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• At least 3 years of proven experience in tendering or bid management, preferably within the real estate developers or construction industry.
• Proficiency in ERP systems with the ability to manage data and generate reports.

Salary:
AED 8,000 to 9,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
