Our client are large family group that operate within the Construction, Real Estate, Finance and Manufacturing sector. They have over 40 years’ experience in the UAE, and are looking to expand the senior management team within their construction business. Our client are now recruiting a Tendering Manager to be responsible for this department and report directly into the CEO.
The successful Tendering Manager will be based in Dubai responsible for leading a team of up to 12, working on specialist façade tenders across the GCC.
Requirements
The successful candidate will meet the following criteria:
• 15 years’ experience working for a top tier construction company
• 8 years management experience
• 3+ years GCC experience (UAE experience is preferable)
• 2+ years in a head of department capacity
• 5+ years working within the GCC façade sector
• Relevant industry degree
