Abu Dhabi - Territory Manager

As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for selling dental medical devices in the MEA market. You will work in Abu Dhabi, UAE and you will work field based.

Client Details
Our client is a multi-national company specialising in the field of dental medical devices and has been in the industry for over 20 years and have also successfully established businesses in over 90 countries around the world.

Description
• Establish account relationships with current doctors and actively grow the business by adding new customers to the portfolio
• Support doctors with development of their practice
• Proactively communicate with customers and potential prospects
• Engage certified doctors and develop new cases
• Manage accounts in MEA and report back to the Area Sales Manager with all assigned reports
• With a result oriented mind, ensure the effective fulfilment of objectives and deadlines assigned
• Consult regularly with the Sales and Marketing Managers on implementation of objectives and sales budgets
• As a true team player, participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals

Job Offer

Requirements

• Demonstrates consultative selling ability and is highly organized with strong time management skills
• Action oriented - takes initiative and is proactive with strong interpersonal, listening, persuasive communication and presentation skills, to give the best advice to customers
• Results oriented - naturally strives for the best performance and has the willingness to learn
• Displays a strong sense of urgency
• Fluent in English
• At least 3 years of proven sales record within the dental/medical devices field selling into healthcare establishments/doctors/dentists
• Based in the UAE with excellent market knowledge
• Willing to travel to Abu Dhabi at least 3 times a week
