Employment: Full Time

Territory Sales Manager - Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and Western Region

Purpose: To develop and execute sales plan in the region in line with operating plans, in order to enhance awareness and sales volume objectives within trade distributors and key accounts, through the efficient and effective use of resources.

Principal Accountabilities:
• Territory Manager for the interior and exterior range of products (Acrovyn wall protection, entrance mat, floorometry, expansion joint covers, performance louvers, acoustical louvers, drainable louvers, blast louvers, geometric grilles, vision barriers, explosion venting, fire suppression venting, sun controls and solar motion).
• Liaise with local architects, contractors and MEP companies to conduct presentations, develop product specifications and provide engineered solutions for all our products.
• Provide and exchange sales information on daily basis, and report on performance of distributors to the management.
• Work on market development and achieve sales targets.
• Negotiate and finalize sales agreements within the sales guidance advised by senior management.
• Coordinate with estimation team to generate quotations for ongoing projects and provide weekly updates on job status, sales targets and monthly/quarterly booking forecast.
• Responsible for full sales cycle and account management tasks, from prospecting all the way to client retention.
• Follow up inquiries, demands and competition as well as making sure the jobs are properly qualified and booked.
• Ensure quotations are priced and submitted on time with secured payment terms.

Requirements

Person Specification:

Preferred Education /Experience:
• A graduate with 4+ years of sales experience with preferably at least 2 in building material within the UAE market.
• Engineering/Business degree is preferred but not required if experience is adequate.
• Directly exposed to customers and contactors.
• Proficient spoken and written English, Arabic is a plus.
• Working knowledge of Excel, MS Word, Outlook, and Internet
