Company: A renowned global brand of bathroom fittings.
- Expand Service Network in sync with business growth plans.
- Satisfactorily attend to dealer customer care assistance requirement and organize satisfactory resolution.
- Monitor & control the health status of service calls.
- Plan & organize project services.
- Plan & organize service camps.
- Organize for attending proactive service progressively.
- Be part of business development team for new distributor appointment or high value project pitching.
- Plan and Organize/do Open Market Plumber Training.
- Organize Open Market Plumber Site Plumber Training / Assistance (On Job Training (OJT))
- Do service personal knowledge enhancement.
- Monitor & ensure customer delight.
- Plan and organize spares inventory and keep track of it.
- Attend to escalation and ensure immediate redressal.
- Attend, authenticate & process material claim / commercial pertaining to Customer Care.
- Visit dealers on regular basis.
- Attend dealer, builder, architect etc. meet for representing Customer Care.
- Provide to HO details and product feedback on frequency asked.
- Organize for providing warranty certificate to dealer & project and capture details in system for filled in received.
AED 10,000 to 12,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
- Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineer.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent Troubleshooting skills.
- Valid Driving License.
- Customer Service mindset.
- Excellent knowledge of bathroom fittings and accessories.
