Job Overview
Guildhall is assisting our client looking for a dynamic and creative TikTok Creator Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting and supporting talented TikTok Live creators, ensuring they are equipped to succeed on the platform. You will manage their operations, optimize their content, and help maximize their revenue potential.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Training:
-Identify and recruit talented TikTok Live creators, focusing on those with potential for growth.
-Provide comprehensive training and guidance to new creators, helping them understand best practices for engaging live content.

Creator Management:
-Maintain effective communication with TikTok Live creators to manage their operations smoothly.
-Monitor and optimize creators' live content, providing actionable feedback to enhance performance and viewer engagement.

Revenue Optimization:
-Guide creators in maximizing their revenue from gifts and other monetization opportunities.
-Take responsibility for the hosts' income results, ensuring they achieve their financial goals on the platform.

No Prior Experience Necessary:
-Recent graduates with a passion for creativity and innovative ideas are warmly welcomed; prior experience is not required.

Interpersonal Skills:
-Strong aesthetic sense, excellent communication abilities, and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to think independently while collaborating effectively within a team.

Interest in Entertainment:
-Keen interest in the entertainment sector and familiarity with TikTok platform rules and best practices.
-Preference for candidates who have existing host resources or the ability to develop such resources.

Data Sensitivity:
-Ability to analyze backstage streaming data to identify potential issues.
-Propose and implement effective improvement plans based on data insights.

Language Proficiency:
-Proficiency in English is required; Arabic language skills are a plus.
