TikTok Creator Agent

Job description / Role

- Source and attract potential streamer candidates through various channels such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, etc.
- Responsible for connecting with KOCs/KOLs in the Middle East region and following up on the full recruitment process, including communication, invitation, and relationship management with influencers.
- Conduct business development by messaging or voice chatting with streamers on TikTok and inviting them to collaborate with the company.
- Manage and enhance your TikTok agent account by posting high-quality videos on your personal profile.

- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Human Resources, Marketing, Media, or related fields.
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience, with experience in recruiting streamers or in the media industry being a plus.
- Familiarity with the mechanics and rules of TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of establishing strong relationships with candidates from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- A keen interest in digital media and the live streaming industry, with an understanding of industry trends.
