The LIVE Operations team is obsessed with everything to do with TikTok LIVE. From content strategy, monetization, gifting, LIVE features, data analysis, creating campaigns and ensuring a fun and safe space for all of our LIVE users.

We are looking for passionate and talented people to join the LIVE Operations team and support in our mission to inspire creativity and bring joy.

Responsibilities

• Assist in collecting and sorting out the resource demand information of various business departments, including human resources, material resources, financial resources to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the information.
• Under the guidance of the supervisor, participate in the inventory work of the company's internal resources, and make detailed records and classifications of the quantity, status, and usage of existing resources.
• Assist in analyzing the rationality of resource utilization. By comparing the resource input and output of different projects and business lines, provide basic data support for the optimal allocation of resources.
• Participate in formulating simple resource allocation plans.
• According to the business development goals and priorities, preliminarily plan the allocation direction and specific amount of resources.
• Assist in following up the implementation of the resource allocation plan, promptly identify and feedback the problems that occur during the implementation process, such as resource shortages and unreasonable allocation.
• Cooperate to complete other ad hoc tasks related to resource allocation, actively participate in the daily communication and cooperation of the team to ensure the smooth progress of the work.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Available to start full-time immediately for a duration of 3 months.
• Possess good communication skills and team spirit, and be able to actively communicate and cooperate with personnel from different departments.
• Be proficient in using common office software, such as Excel and Word, and have a certain ability to analyze data.

Preferred Qualifications

• A strong learning ability, be curious about new things, and be able to quickly master the basic knowledge and work process related to resource allocation.
• Be conscientious, careful and rigorous at work, have a strong sense of responsibility, and be able to complete various assigned tasks as required.
