Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Lead the development and implementation of Total Rewards initiatives and talent programs. Identify and address gaps in processes and systems while designing tools to enhance talent attraction, retention, and development. Collaborate with stakeholders to create an integrated Total Rewards approach, gather feedback on program effectiveness, and propose improvements. Ensure that Total Rewards strategies align with business needs and HR plans, while supporting broader HR initiatives to ensure continuity and effective service delivery.

Requirements:

Responsibilities
• Develop and implement Total Reward strategy.
• Define policies and guidelines for rewards.
• Standardize reward programs across functions.
• Design variable pay schemes.
• Align rewards programs with hiring processes.
• Perform compensation analysis and use surveys for trends.
• Ensure alignment of total rewards with business strategies.
• Conduct program assessments and recommend changes.
• Direct base compensation and incentive plans.
• Monitor and analyze budget performance.
• Lead financial modeling for planning.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Communicate changes in compensation and benefits programs.
• Support employee retention and corporate culture.

Background & Experience (years)
• 3 – 5 years of experience in Total Rewards, compensation, and benefits management, with a proven track record in designing and implementing successful programs.
• Familiarity with industry standards and trends in compensation and benefits, preferably within Automobile sector.
• Proficiency in HRIS and analytics tools, as well as advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Understanding of relevant labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements related to compensation and benefits.

Minimum Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. A master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., SHRM, CCP, or similar) is preferred.

Salary:
AED 25,000 to 35,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: 3000AED is a car allowance + Family benefits + schooling for up to 2 children between 4 and 18 years of age.(30000AED per child per year).
