Tourism Development Manager

Job description / Role

Leading property development company is seeking a well experienced Tourism Development Manager. Suitable candidate to have worked on tourism and heritage projects.

Duties:
- Manage the projects from feasibility to hand over stage
- Responsible for managing all aspects of the rural regional cooperative marketing program
- Planning, development, implementation and budgeting for the program
- Manage contractor performance.
- Restore the projects and market them out afterwards

Requirements

- Relevant qualification
- Minimum of 5 years working on restoration of tourism and heritage building projects
