Job description / Role
Hays are currently working with a prestigious government entity based in the UAE who are looking to recruit a Policy, Planning and development lead.
You will lead the development of the tourism sector policy framework, guidelines and related regulations that support in positioning Abu Dhabi as an internationally sustainable tourism destination while ensuring the standardisation of practices within the sector that enhance the quality of tourism products.
Salary:
AED
40,000 to 45,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
Candidates will the following experience will be considered:
- Experience from a multinational management consultancy or a Tourism board.
- Experience in policies, planning & development.
- Strategy
- Experience in the UAE/GCC
- Arabic fluency
