Employment: Full Time

Responsible for driving the business in the trade channel in United Arab Emirates. Developing a channel strategy, building customer strategies to drive profitable and sustainable growth. Developing Key Account customer relationships. Building a high-performance Trade Key Account organization. Manage and oversee the profitability of the business by developing long-term and short-term sales goals, as well as channel strategies to achieve business objectives.

Should possess a strong understanding of the market and the Pharmacy Trade key accounts in UAE, which will help identify growth opportunities and develop sales activities for the channel. Working closely with the product and trade marketing teams, he/she will oversee the performance of the accounts in terms of their category and shelf analysis, sales and promotional effectiveness.

Requirements

• University degree in Business administration or respective studies
• Executive or graduate trainee level role in a distributor organisation or blue chip multinational.
• Experience from a multi-national or regional company in preferably FMCG or OTC working in field sales, key accounts and category or shopper marketing. Cross functional experience e.g. marketing
• Finance at a non-functional level e.g. how a P&L works, how to project a growth plan based on key components e.g. category growth, share growth, multiple pricing scenarios
• Fluent English
