Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The job holder is responsible for AEC Consumer brands and assumes strong coordination for campaign execution with cross functional teams including Principals, social media, creative, supply chain, sales and finance to create a strong, cohesive and seamless channel experience across touch points along with customer decision journey. The job holder supports channel marketing programs with key focus on broadening and raising consumer product & brand awareness that ultimately leads to sales to customer.

• Coordinate creation and execute innovative & effective channel marketing campaigns to launch new products and grow sales of existing SKUs with the goal of maximizing ROI and meeting / exceeding business goals

• Writes briefs to channels

• Create and manage sampling

• Coordinate and execute merchandizing plans and timelines by channel

• Coordinate and manage in-store events / programs and supporting collateral with sales

• Work closely with Principal relationship Manager – Consumer and Head of Sales on execution of creation of marketing decks

• Coordinate distribution of products portfolio in channel partners

• Create and maintain all channel marketing calendar for internal planning and communication

• Maintain channel price lists created by the Principal Relationship Manager for competitive price analysis

• Manage distribution of support materials and collaterals to sales teams

• Collect, monitor and report data by campaign / channel to assess ongoing performance & KPI tracking

• Set up all vendor SKU creation forms for product launch in coordination with PAM / BDM

• Work with the Sales team to ensure effective utilisation of POS in the outlets in keeping with the KPIs and activity plan

• Work with the Sales teams to ensure timely execution of marketing campaigns, promotions and bonus plans

• Conduct periodic trade visits to assess new launch implementation in key markets

• Consult with other functions internally (Consumer Sales team, Supply Chain & Finance) as well as externally (Principals, Key Accounts) to gain necessary market and campaign information and insights

Requirements

• University degree in Marketing is preferred
• 2-3 years of experience in Trade-Marketing within an FMCG environment, preferably in Personal Care / Baby Care
• Proficient in MS Excel, Powerpoint & Word
• Experience in implementation of Brand activations
