Trade Marketing Manager

Job description / Role

Trade marketing manager is the connector between Sales & MK to implement marketing activities in the local markets,
manages local relationships and analyze the sell out figures and promoters performance in the markets. They will be responsible to detect incidences or problems in line-ups in the shop-floor and for executing local marketing action plans and acts as country liaison creating shopper-based value.

Responsibilities include:

Implementation of the in-store marketing animation plan/guidelines from brand marketing manager
Report POS requirements to brand manager, enhance visibility on shop floor
Proactively manages all marketing material replenishment in the channels
Acts as country liaison with distributors:
Manage podium bookings, podium creation & annual advertising space opportunities
Source service providers
Oversees the performance of outlets
Analyzes sell out monthly of store/brands & monitors market share
Conducts monthly reports on customers & sales analysis, shopper insights, traffic in store and store KPI's
Analyze competition, best practices in local market and reporting thereof
Additional tasks might be required, in reasonable alignment with the job role
Management of “owned” retail channels: experience centers, brand stores, shop-in-shops

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree/Master's degree with a minimum of 5 years experience in trade marketing.
Strong knowledge of consumer industry
Strong range management
Experience analyzing large amounts of data and trends
Ability to think critically and creatively
Experience in Home Appliances
